Nestled in the heart of Teresópolis, Nova Pousada Chamonix offers a cozy escape with an inviting European façade that catches the eye. The outdoor pool is a highlight, perfect for late-night dips after a day exploring the stunning Serra dos Órgãos National Park. I relished the continental breakfast, which included unique Brazilian fruits and breads, although a bit more attention to comfort wouldn't hurt. After a day of hiking, we also stumbled upon the nearby Casa Agridoce, serving delightful rodízio pizzas at an unbeatable price-ideal for sharing with travel companions.
